These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ac44 ("ac44", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the ac44 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://ac44.bid ("the Platform"). These Terms apply to all services offered by ac44, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, crash games, virtual sports, account management, bonus participation, and all payment transactions.

By registering an account on the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any amendments thereto;

ac44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine account review. Acceptable proof of age includes a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Accounts where age verification has not been completed may be suspended pending receipt of satisfactory documentation.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account) after deduction of any costs incurred by ac44 in processing the refund. Winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the ac44 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You must notify ac44 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ac44 reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious login activity is detected, pending verification with the account holder.

ac44 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi financial institutions as listed on the payments page of the Platform from time to time.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of funds and potential account suspension. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with ac44 support. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ac44 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified in your own name;
• ac44 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges;

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion under which they are awarded, in addition to the general terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus terms apply to all ac44 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ac44 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances described in the applicable game rules (e.g., event cancellation, void market).
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or platform error during a game or betting session, ac44 will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly based on the state of play at the time of the error. The decision of ac44's technical team regarding the outcome of any disrupted session is final.

Settlement of cricket bets follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ac44 platform:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account;

ac44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of ac44's platform. In the event of a dispute between you and ac44, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the ac44 support channel at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of the initial complaint, it may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ac44 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law, which rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
